Google Ads For Home Remodelers

Paid search puts you at the top of Google the day we launch, in front of homeowners typing “kitchen remodeler near me” right now. The lead calls you, and only you, not four other contractors the way Angi works. And we cut the wasted spend that quietly drains most remodeling ad accounts.

The problem

Most remodelers on Google Ads are paying for clicks that never call.

Two things go wrong. Either you’re not on Google at all, so you rent shared leads from Angi and split them with five other contractors. Or you’re running ads that leak money. We audited a bathroom remodeler spending $4,200 a month whose account had 60% of its keywords sitting at zero conversions over six months. “Bathroom remodel” was triggering ads for “bathroom cleaning service” and “bathroom accessories,” because it was set to broad match with no negative keywords. There was no call tracking, so the owner had no idea which half of the budget was working. That is the norm, not the exception.

What’s included

Everything it takes to make Google Ads pay.

Account audit & cleanup

We pull your account and find the waste: keywords with spend and no calls, broad-match terms bringing the wrong searches, and missing negative keywords. On one bathroom remodeler we paused 60% of the keywords and the leads didn’t drop.

Conversion tracking

Call tracking, form tracking, and GA4 events on day one, so every lead ties back to the exact keyword and its cost. Most remodelers can’t tell you which half of their spend is wasted. After this, you can.

Remodeling keyword targeting

We pull from a database of 2,400+ remodeling search terms sorted by service, buyer intent, and season. We bid on “kitchen remodel cost” buyers, not browsers, and shift budget to match demand (“kitchen remodel” peaks in January, “deck builder near me” in April).

Landing pages that book estimates

We send clicks to a page built to convert, not your homepage. A fast, single-offer page with click-to-call and one short form beats a busy website every time. We build it if you don’t have one.

Lead tracking in one place

Every call and form lands in a GoHighLevel dashboard you can see: the lead, the source, the keyword, and the cost. No more graphs you nod along to and never act on.

Weekly management & reporting

We manage bids and keywords every week, cut what doesn’t convert, and put budget behind what books jobs. A live dashboard plus a 30-minute call every month, in plain numbers.

How it works

From audit to booked calls in four steps.

1

Free ad audit call

Fifteen minutes. If you’re already running ads, we pull the account live and show you where the money is leaking. First we check your city is open, because we run ads for one remodeler per market.

2

Build & launch

In the first 1 to 2 weeks we set up conversion tracking, build your keyword and negative lists, write the ads, and point them at a landing page built to convert. Then we go live. Ads bring calls in days, not months.

3

Manage weekly

We tune bids and keywords every week, add negatives as new junk searches show up, and move budget toward the terms that actually book jobs.

4

Report & scale

A live dashboard plus a monthly call. Every lead tied to a keyword and a cost. We put more behind what works, and tell you plainly when something doesn’t.

1

Remodeler per city

We never run ads for your competitor, so we’re not bidding your own clicks up against you.

No lock-in

No long contracts. And you own everything.

We run Google Ads month-to-month, with no setup fees and no annual contract. Your ad account, your conversion data, and your campaign history stay yours, always, even if we part ways. We start by cutting the waste before we ever ask you to spend more. What we won’t do is promise a lead count. Anyone who guarantees you “30 leads a month” from ads is guessing. We stand behind the tracking, the transparency, and the work, and we show you the math every month.

Results vary by market, budget, competition, and season. We do not guarantee lead volume. Ad spend is billed by Google and is separate from management. You own your Google Ads account and data. Google Partner status does not imply endorsement by Google.

Questions

Straight answers.

How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor leads?

Angi sells the same lead to four or five remodelers, so you're competing on speed and price before you even call back. A Google Ads lead is yours alone. The homeowner searches, sees your ad, and calls you. You set the budget, you own the account, and no one else gets that lead.

How fast will I get leads?

Ads can bring calls within days of going live, which is why we often run them first while your SEO builds in the background. We won't promise a number. Call volume depends on your budget, your market, and the season, and we'll model realistic ranges from your own numbers on the audit call.

Do I own my Google Ads account?

Always. The account, the campaign history, and the conversion data are yours and stay yours if we ever part ways. We manage it, but we never hold it hostage. It is month-to-month, with no lock-in.

Will you run ads for my competitor too?

No. One remodeler per city. We won't take a second remodeler in your market, because bidding two of our own clients against each other only raises both of your costs. When your city is claimed, it is claimed.

One remodeler per city

See if your area is still open.

We run Google Ads for one remodeler per city, and 18 markets are already locked. Book a free 15-minute ad audit. If you’re already advertising, we’ll pull your account live and show you exactly where the budget is going and what we would change.

We’ve turned away 23 remodelers since 2023 because their city was already taken. If yours is open, it won’t stay that way long.
